Over the past five years, my journey as a virtual assistant has been a whirlwind of excitement. Specializing in social media management, graphic design, administrative support, and crafting impactful email marketing campaigns, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with CEOs from the US to Australia and startups spanning diverse markets.
My professional canvas has been painted with experiences ranging from the dynamic world of e-commerce to coaching and client services. This journey has not only sharpened my adaptability but also honed my ability to tailor strategies to suit the unique landscapes of various businesses.
In 2019, I embarked on a personal venture, starting a small online business. However, a year later, I temporarily pressed pause to focus on income-generating opportunities but is now planning to re-lauch the same business I started last year which focuses on fashion items.
My professional tapestry extends to over four years in the BPO industry as an inbound customer support representative. I’ve also worn the hat of an English tutor for Chinese and Japanese students during the pandemic, before seamlessly transitioning into the realm of Social Media Management.
Beyond the pixels and emails, I have a life filled with vibrant hues. I became a proud mom in March 2023, and my heart also belongs to furry friends – dogs and a newly adopted cat. In my free time, I explore the local scene, uncovering hidden gems in nearby restaurants, and I have an insatiable love for vintage fashion.
